Shower Room Installation in BS6

A couple with a very tired looking bathroom in BS6 (which was in need of a complete makeover) chose MP Plumbing Services for the job. MP Plumbing provided the expertise to explain what was possible in the small loft conversion in an old Edwardian property.

MP Plumbing Services helped them to choose all the correct fitting units and measure everything up for some awkward spaces, then recommended the associated professionals that the project would need – a tiler, an electrician and flooring people. They also helped advise on skip and scaffolding needs.

MP Plumbing Services stripped out the shower room on the first day and began to make it good, tanking everything in the process. The previous owners of the house had not tiled properly and water leakage had meant that the existing shower tray was completely rotten.

All of the piping had to be adjusted slightly to fit the new units. The other troublesome job was replacing a downpipe which had too many u-bends, meaning the water was draining away too slowly.

The plumbers were all extremely nice, going beyond the job description to also help the couple receive deliveries such as tiles when things were tricky with small children.

While they were in the property, the couple also took the time to get the boiler serviced as winter was approaching.
