Landlord Gas Safety Certificates

We started working with Dreme Properies earlier this year. Initially Diana contacted us to arrange landlord gas safety certificates, however, during the conversation, she mentioned some additional plumbing issues which we offered to quote for.

Diana was impressed by our low prices and also agreed to go ahead with repairs to a leaking kitchen tap (washer replacement) and some adjustments in the toilet cistern to improve the efficiency of the flush.

As their gas safety certificates were due to expire within a month, we arranged convenient times with their tenants for the same week. Dreme Properties have asked us to carry out their annual boiler servicing and gas safety certification going forward as well as completing any plumbing and heating repairs reported by their tenants.

A big thank you to Stuart who was able to come out quickly to update our landlord gas safety certificates. Not only were they about to expire but we needed to get a good price across 3 properties. We find a lot of companies over charge for this service or unable to come out at a convenient time. Without updated records, we wouldn’t be able to rent out the properties safely.

While onsite Jason also repaired a leaking kitchen tap in one property and sort a toilet repair in another!
