We have been working with Sam for a while now on a number of building projects. Sam specialises in complete renovations of properties, stripping them all the way back to the bare bones. We fit out all the plumbing and heating throughout the properties.

We spend with Sam advising what the best solution is for each project, from bathrooms to central heating and boiler requirements. Not all properties require the same system. From a cost and performance point of view it is essential we spec the correct system in each property so that he is happy with the cost and design and that his future buyers love the look and get excellent performance in these desirable properties.
