Our plans include no call-out or excess charges as standard, we can cover you from just £11.25 a month.
Service
From £11.25 a month
A yearly boiler service carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer
An annual service of your boiler by one of our quality gas safe engineers.
This will give you peace of mind that you boiler will be running as well as possible and also keep your manufacturers warranty valid. By signing up to the annual plan you are able to spread the cost of your service across the year keeping it affordable. We’ll also inform you when your next serve is due, so you don’t have to worry about remembering.
What isn’t covered:
- Boiler repairs should a fault occur
- Heating controls (including smart controls),
- flues and terminals
- Gas and water supply pipework
- All other pipework connected to the boiler
- Radiators, radiator controls and all heating or hot and cold water pipework, taps showers and
- sanitary wear
- Controls for underfloor heating

Comprehensive yearly breakdown on top of your boiler service
An annual service of your boiler by one of our quality gas safe engineers.
By signing up to the annual plan you are able to spread the cost of your service across the year keeping it affordable. We’ll also inform you when your next serve is due, so you don’t have to worry about remembering.
Unlimited boiler repairs, parts and call outs should your boiler breakdown (subject to our terms) If the boiler is not repairable will will supply and fit a new boiler free of charge (as long as the boiler is under 7 years old and subject to our terms)
Cover for your basic boiler controls including thermostats (not smart thermostats), programmers (not smart programmers), heating pumps and zone valves.
- Gas supply pipework (accidental damage not covered)
- Flues and terminals
- Unlimited repairs to your boiler, controls and gas supply pipe from the meter
- Repairs to the full length of the flue
- All parts and labour
- Annual service of your boiler
- Accidental damage
- Cover up to £1000 (including VAT) to gain access and make good for each repair
- Boiler replacement if the boiler is under 7 years old and it cannot be repaired replacement of all parts not repairable
What isn’t covered:
- Smart devices and controls
- Radiators, radiator controls and all heating or hot and cold water pipework, taps showers and
- sanitary wear
- Controls for underfloor heating
- Pre-existing faults
- Repair or replacing the central heating system
- Repairs or replacement of parts caused by scale or sludge damage
- Deliberate damage or faults caused by other engineers
- System improvements
- Repairs that are cosmetic

Full protection of your heating system including your boiler service
An annual service of your boiler by one of our quality gas safe engineers.
Unlimited boiler repairs, parts and call outs should your boiler breakdown (subject to our terms)
If the boiler is not repairable will will supply and fit a new boiler free of charge (as long as the boiler is under 7 years old and subject to our terms)
This plan also covers you central heating system, including radiators, radiator valves and associated central heating pipework.
